Hi folks, During the development of the sandbox mode all the updates will be heading directly to the Development/Beta Branch. I'll be publishing all new builds there as soon as they are stable. All bugfixes on reported issues and WIP implementations of 5 new races and 8 new classes inevitably will be heading there as well. If all go well I hope that both the Sandbox mode & the new Races/Classes will be mostly playable and ready for mass consumption by late June. Now between us: I do think that the concept of having a development branch in an EA is totally counter-intuitive. I really need your feedback and bug reports; if I didn't I would be happily developing the game in my cave, away from all the spotlights. But I also understand that many prefer to have access to new features once they are fully implemented, therefore the beta branch. Just know, that I won't be posting any updates in the stable branch till the features I am working on are done. So I'd like to encourage all and any brave souls, who want to truly help and actively participate in shaping the new features, races & classes to switch to the beta branch. 1) Right click on Erannorth in your Library 2) Go to the Betas Tab 3) Choose to opt in the Development - Public Beta branch (No need for a code) Close & Done. I'll be posting the patch notes for the beta branch in the patch notes as usually.

Most of the recent Patches have been all about buffing the Player, customizable Attributes, better Level up, New Races, Classes, Actions & Action Effects, Perks etc. All the while, the poor monsters were feeling really neglected and rightly so. Well it's time for their vengeance! Difficulty should now be much closer to the recommended Mastery levels, but of course you are free to mod and fine-tune things to your liking and skill level. I have updated the Modding guide to include the new keywords available for defining and customizing Game Modes, and the archetype's section with the new AI keywords you can use in your custom enemies. I'll explain them briefly below:

I think the timing wouldn't have been better & right on time to celebrate 1 month in Early Access. ;) The free class & race expansion pack introducing 5 additional races & 7 additional classes (each with its own skill cards & several unique perks) is now fully playable and integrated to the main game along with the related mastery achievements. I had initially planned to include 8 new classes, but I didn't like how the Greenshaper was coming forth, so the class got cut for now. At the moment of this writing we are at 9 Races, 15 Classes, 891 Action Cards, over 80 Action keywords. All of them in my opinion can offer you distinctive runs of varied difficulty and complexity. Therefore I won't be adding any additional Classes or Races for the remainder of the EA (except perhaps the Greenshaper), but I'll happily support and guide any modders who undertake further expanding the game classes and races. Instead I'll be expanding further the existing classes & races and balance them further based on your feedback. But my main focus will shift to the new game modes which I expect they'll happily devour most of the development time for the rest 2-5 months of the EA. Build 0195 is now live in both the Stable & Development Branches. Further development & content updates & bugfixes will once more be heading to the Development Branch till the Sandbox mode is completed as well.
